Skyr flatbrauð

Skyr flatbread


Ingredients

150 g plain skyr
1 egg
3 Tbsp porridge oats
2 Tbsp linseed
1 pinch of salt

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 1ß0° C

Thoroughly mix skýr with egg, oats, linseed and salt.




Spoon the batter onto lined baking sheet, making four loaves; flatten somewhat and bake in pre-heated oven for 20 min. until nicely golden brown.


Let cool a little, carefully detach from the lining paper and enjoy with savoury specialities like hangikjöt or smoked salmon.
