Fiskur i skyrsósu

Fish in Skyr Sauce
 
Ingredients

800 g haddock
1 chopped onion
200 g fresh mushrooms
200 g cauliflower florets
2 Tbsp butter

200 g skyr
200 g sour cream
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp curry powder

Preparation

Melt the butter in a big pan.

Sear the chopped onions, then put the chopped mushrooms and the cauliflower florets in the pan. Sear it for a little while.


To make the sauce, mix skyr with sour cream, sugar, mustard and curry powder.


Cut the fish in bite-sized pieces...


... and place them in a flat casserole. Add the seared vegetables above...


... and pour the skyr sauce over it.


Bake it in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
